1. HOW TO ORDER
All orders are preferred to be generated online. But we do accept order over
phone, fax and via email. For placing the online order, customers need to go to our website, choose the item to add to checkout cart. Then continue the purchase following the

2.PAYMENT METHODS

No Purchase Orders, Fax or C.O.D. orders please. Please accept our
apologies but we do not accept international credit cards at this
time.
3.SHIPPING METHODS
Ground Delivery usually takes 6-8 working days to deliver. Second
Day Air Delivery will take 2-3 working days to deliver. Shipping
times are only estimates and are not guaranteed, We cannot control
occasional inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs
delays, weather delays, and other factors that can delay your shipment.
However, we will do our best to get your product to you as soon
as possible. Other shipping methods are also available. The shipping
fee is due to your zip/post code. Our business hours are between
Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST Monday to Friday. Hobby-estore is
a 100% online store, we do not offer pick up service. All orders
should be shipped to you.
Most in-stock items will be shipped within 2-3 working days.
4.ORDER CANCELLATION
Please be careful to look over order information before you submit
it. Please email us for cancellation as soon as possible-- If you
must cancel for any reason, we will make every effort to catch your
order before it is shipped. 3% transaction fee will be charged for processed order. And 3% transaction fee will be charged and the original shipping fee cannot be refunded for shipped order.
If the order is shipped before you cancel, please refuse the package
without opening it and return it to us per the return policy. When
we receive the unopened order, we will credit your account within
2-3 working days. Normally your order is shipped within 2-3 working
days. We remind you that please do think it over before you submit
your order so as to avoid any inconvenience to both of us due to
cancellation.
5.RETURNING MERCHANDISE
You must have an RMA number for returning merchandise. Please report
your RMA request to service@hobby-estore.com
.
We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from hobby-estore.com
within 3 days after arrival. There is 15% restocking fee for qualified
returns. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and
in its original package. Mounting, running fuel through a model
engine, installing radio parts in a model, cutting up balsa sheets
in kits, installing software or discarding the packing material
are some examples of what constitutes used merchandise.
You are responsible for making sure that the items are returned
to us safely and without any further damages, so please ensure it
is packed safely and securely. We strongly recommend using the same
carrier as we use to ship item to you. Return the item in full,
along with the packaging, within 7 business days in order to receive refund.
Hobby-estore does not pay for the return shipping of merchandise.
We are not responsible for factory defects because we are not a
product manufacturer and we do not produce the parts we carry (similar
to a standard walk-in store). Thus Hobby-estore will split the shipping
costs with the customer. The customer agrees to pay to send the
item back to Hobby-estore and Hobby-estore will consequently repair
or replace the component and ship the item at no charge back to
the shipping address specified in your account.
6.DEFECTIVE RETURNS
If the item you wish to return is non-functional, but has no apparent
damage, it is considered defective. Defective merchandise may be
returned to us as long as it is in new and unused condition. Used,
defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer
for warranty repair or replacement.
If you can determine that a product is defective before using it,
we may be able to accept it back for exchange or refund; however,
an RMA request should be reported within 3 days after arrival on
www.hobby-estore.com/rma.htm,
Please do inspect your purchase as soon as you receive it. Our RMA
engineer will discuss with you whether a return is qualified or
not. Return the item in full, along with the packaging within 7
days after our RMA engineer confirmed the return qualification.
You are responsible for making sure that the items are returned
to us safely and without any further damages, so please ensure it

carrier as we use to ship item to you.
There is no restocking fee for defective returns.
7.DAMAGED RETURNS
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping.
If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage,
please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery
and then find shipping damage, please report your RMA request on
www.hobby-estore.com/rma.htm. Our RMA engineer will discuss the
case with you. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not
throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself,
you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not
receive credit for the return.
Please do inspect your purchase as soon as you receive it.
8.EXCHANGE POLICY
An RMA number should be issued for exchanging any merchandise by
us before a return occurs. Please submit your RMA request on www.hobby-estore.com/rma.htm
and ask for RMA number within 3 days after you receive the item. Anything you purchase from Hobby-estore
can be exchanged within 7 days after the date of arrival! You will be responsible for shipping the item back for exchange.
Items returned for exchange must be in one of the three returning
conditions above.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the original
shipping cannot be refunded. Please allow up to 3-4 working days after
we receive the returned item for us to process your refund.
The restocking fee and original shipping fee will only be waived
in the situation of
* Damage upon arrival. An RMA request is submitted within 3 days
of arrival, and our RMA engineer reviews the case and determines
a return is qualified,
* Damage upon arrival. An RMA request is submitted within 3 days
of arrival, and our RMA engineer reviews the case and promises but
fails to supply replacement parts after one Month of opening the
RMA case.
* Defective product upon arrival. The product non-functional. An
RMA request is submitted within 3 days of arrival, after our RMA
engineer reviews the case and determines a return is qualified.
In any situation, the return shipping fee is covered by the customer.
9.RETURN PROCEDURE:
We want you to feel totally satisfied when you order products from
website, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase, send us an e-mail at service@hobby-estore.com
, so we can resolve any concerns. You will be asked to follow these
simple steps:
1) Make sure your original invoice is dated within the last 7 days.
Reported the request on www.hobby-estore.com/rma.htm to receive
an RMA number.
2) Check returned item to be sure they are in new condition (unused,
including all original packaging and accessories.)
3) Include a copy of the original invoice. On the back of the invoice,
please write your name, e-mail address, phone number, RMA# and the
items you would like to receive in exchange for the return.
4) Pack the items securely and mail it back to us.
5) You will be responsible for the return shipping fees incurred
to send the items back to us.
10.RMA PROCESS
Please allow us up to 2 business days to respond to RMA and order
status requests. You MUST have an RMA number to return any merchandise.
11.LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY
We are not responsible for crash damage and/or loss of kits, engines,
accessories, etc. incurred during operation of a radio-controlled
model. In most cases it is very difficult or impossible to determine
whether crash damage was actually due to radio equipment failure
or to operator error. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any
purchased components that are incorporated into radio systems or
problems caused by incompatibility between radio components, parts,
and repairs not completed by our service center, etc.
All of the products we sell are intended for retail consumption
by our customers and are not intended for resale. The Hobby-estore's
Satisfaction Guarantee is not transferable. We reserve the right
to limit quantities purchased. Also, please note that most items
we offer are intended for use in the USA.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages lost in shipping.
However, we will assistant our customer to file a claim to the carrier
to solve the problem.
12.IF PRODUCT IS NOT RESALABLE:
Product that has been assembled, painted, altered, or does not contain
all of its original packaging and accessories is not a resalable
item. Fuel-powered remote control vehicle product, with fuel placed
in the vehicle, is not resalable. You must go directly through the
manufacturer. If you return the product back to us, you will only
receive a maximum refund of 50% of the product's cost, and shipping
charge is not refundable. DO NOT return fuel. The Department of
Transportation prohibits returning opened fuel.
13.Refunds
We aim to refund customers within 3-4 working days after we receive
the product and do a careful inspection. After Hobby-estore issues
the credit, the rest of the process is out of our ability to speed
up. At this point merchant services and your Bank determine how
long before the credit posts in your account. This is normally 2-3
business days.
14.PRICE CHANGE
Any price or specification on our web site or in our catalog is
subject to change without notice. Sale prices on the web site may be withdrawn at any time.
