I do not want to put my credit card information online over the net. How can I place an order?
You can email to us at service@hobby-estore.com to provide information including item name, item code, shipping address, phone# and credit card, then we can make an email order for you.

Why is my credit card declining when I know I have money in my account?
A credit card can decline due to invalid credit card number, exp date, daily limit, insufficient credit, or other reasons. Sometimes the card number itself is input incorrectly. Check online to be sure the number has been input correctly. Contact your credit card company for more information.

Why does Hobby-Estore.com need to verify my shipping address?
In order to guard against credit card fraud, if the billing and shipping address are different, we must verify that the alternate shipping address is authorized.

Please contact your credit card issuing bank and list your ship to address as an alternate address in their memo field. We will call them and verify the address. Please make sure your credit card issuing bank's phone number is listed in your account with Hobby-Estore.com!

What states must pay sales tax?
Orders shipping to California must be charged sales tax based on the county's rate.

Is the Hobby-Estore.com website secure? What kind of security is used?
When you are placing an order on the Internet, security is a number one priority. All online transactions are sent through our secure server, and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the information is received through the Internet, trusted authorized employees will process your payment, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security.

Can I pay by Money Order or Check?
Yes, on a piece of paper, write the item you are interested in, your name, your phone number, your email address, and your mailing address and send it to us along with the Money order/Cashier's check.

Does Hobby-Estore.com accept phone, fax, email or regular mail orders?
We do accept phone, fax, e-mail, or mail orders.

Can I combine two different orders to one to save on shipping?
We do not combine orders for you over the phone. However, if you call us before your order is processed, we can cancel your order and then you can re-order the total amount of items you wanted online. Be aware though that we cannot cancel any order once it has been processed by our warehouses.

I am afraid I may have accidentally duplicated my order?
For Hobby-Estore.com customer service, you can fax at (626)552-3727 or email at service@hobby-estore.com. We will void the order for you as long as it has not invoiced and/or shipped. If duplicate orders have been shipped, obtain all the tracking numbers for the order you do not want and call 1-800-PICK-UPS to refuse those boxes. You will be refunded when those boxes are returned to Hobby-estore.com

Can I add to, delete from or change my order after I submit it online?
Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by fax at (626)552-3727 (9:00am ~~ 4:00pm Pacific Time Monday ~~ Friday) or email at service@hobby-estore.com. Once our warehouses have scanned an order, items cannot be added or deleted. Once any box from an order is shipped, the order cannot be voided.

What shipping carriers does the Hobby-Estore.com use?
UPS and USPS.

How long does it take to process an order?
It takes one to two business days for us to process an order before they ship, no exceptions. Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by the shipping method paid for and your local Fedex or USPS guidelines for delivery.

Does the Hobby-Estore.com sell or release my personal information? What kind of privacy is offered?
Hobby-estore.com respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone. All of the information obtained from our web site, will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mail you will receive from Hobby-estore.com will be in regard to your order, RMA status and other information you may have requested, such at Product Auto-Notify.
