4 Steps for Each Shipment
1. Product Checking
We conduct random checking and testing when we receive the products from manufacturers. Before shipping out the product to our customer, we do checking to make sure that the product received by the customer is intact with complete accessories.
2. Safe packaging.
Besides the original product box that comes with Styrofoam, each product is double boxed to ensure safe shipping. Certain products are double boxed with industrial peanuts or bubbles wraps if necessary to ensure safe shipping.
3. Fast Delivery
Allow us one to two business days to process the order before shipment. Once the order is shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by the shipping method paid for and your local UPS or USPS guidelines for delivery.
4. Shipping notification
Once the order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the customer via email timely. Customers are able to track the shipments via calling the shipping carrier or checking on the shipping carrier’s website. Alternatively, you can check your order status by going to the link provided in your order confirmation email.
