Body: My overall experience with this store has been excellent! I¡¯ve ordered twice in the past two weeks. The first item arrived quickly, in excellent condition, and exactly as described. I sent a question to customer service using the link posted on the site, and received an answer within a few hours (well within the 24 hour turn-around time noted on the Web site). The representative was helpful and friendly, and reported that an item I had purchased was on back order, and would be shipped ASAP from the supplier directly to me. I am very pleased with the communication and responsiveness of this store (and their representatives). I will absolutely continue to do business with this site.

Body: Ive made 5 separate orders, some of parts and a model, others just a model airplane or helicopter. All have been correct, complete and fast. One order included a plane that came in a few days and some parts that took about a week and a half. Some shipments come from Hong Kong or other parts of China, but they arrive just as fast. Amazing.

Body: Everything was great. Only complaint (minor) was the UPS delivery required a live signature was was not convenient. I ended up picking the package up at the UPS place. I suppose this additional security may be a good thing for others, but for me it was a minor hassle. Prices, quality, delivery time, everything else was perfect.
