Body: UPS must think they are the only one with a JOB. I had to be home at 2:00pm to
5:00pm. who In the world can be Home at that time?I had to have them sent it to another
aderss.

Body: The only area that needs improvement is their TECHNICAL SUPPORT . Their two
instructional emails to me were very PROMPT but too BRIEF - they needed more details on
HOW TO perform the check they wanted me to do. BEGINNER FLYER.

Body: They responded very quickly - the next day - to my email questions. Their web site
is very extensive and contains a lot of helpful information. My helicopter seems like a
quality product and works well. The instruction booklet for my helicopter needed some
more information/tips like: Take Off-accelerate to have heli lift off fairly quickly;
Start button- press once to allow motors to start. As a beginner I hard to learn things
like this thru unnecessary trial and error.
