I did have a problem with my S033G when it arrived, the mother board was defective. I wrote the other review that is listed right after I received it. But, Susan and Son worked with me, sent me parts for free, and sent me free parts like a new battery and charging unit that they didn't have to send just to make sure that I was satisfied. Not everything works as it should when it is brand new, parts can be defective. But, when something doesn't work, it is nice to have the customer sevice support that E-Hobby offers.
