    After getting this helicopter had transmitter issues and the chopper wouldn't work at all.  Getting in touch with the Tech guy to work out the issues.

    Updated, I had a bad transmitter, after a few emails with the Tech. guy, and they sent me a new tansmitter free of charge.  The new transmitter fired the chopper right up.  The chopper works great although the batteries only last about 10 minutes before need of a recharge, but thats expected with battery powered helicopters.  This is a great beginner helicopter which I am. I couldn't be happier, and would recommend the great customer service of Hobby-eStore.  Will be purchasing another from them in the future. Have no fear and buy with confidence because they will stand behind their products.
